We are settled into our new home and wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your help. You are true professionals. Your knowledge, experience, and energy made it a pleasure to work with your. While we were impressed with so many aspects of your work with you. While we were impressed with so many aspects of your work, a few really stand out:
You displayed tremendous knowledge of your profession. You skillfully handled the myriad details of a very complicated transaction.
You intimately knew the market we were selling and buying in. You priced our old home appropriately and knew all of the neighborhoods we might be interested in buying into.
You quickly understood our needs and showed us new homes that were well targeted to our budget and taste.
In handling both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home, you did a great job of coordinating the intricate timing of escrow closing, move dates, etc.
There were a number of homes that we almost made offers on early in our search. You could have easily talked us into these purchases and closed the transactions. Instead, sensing that we were not 100% satisfied with these options, you urged us to wait. As a result, we ended up in a home that we are much happier with. (This showed a truly unusual level of patience and care for your clients.)
You seem to know everyone in the area. You provided us with great referrals, such as a hardwood floor refinisher and home inspector.
